NAMT Code of Ethics

This is also the foundation of our Code of Ethics. From the HBA/NAMT Mission Statement, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

#1.            I will put myself in my client’s place.

#2.            I will treat my clients the way I expect to be treated.

#3.            I will put my client’s safety and best interest before my profit.

#4.            I will send a thank you note to my first time clients to build a relationship.

#5.            I will not be late for my appointments, as this is a sign of disrespect!

#6.            I will encourage my clients to utilize other HBA member’s services.

#7.            I will dress appropriately during business hours.

#8.            I will deal honestly and ethically with my clients.

#9.            I will always speak positive words to my clients.

#10.          I will promote wellness as an optimal way of life.

#11.          I will be kind and gentle with everyone.

#12.          I will smile as often as I am able.
